...life would be much better (for me, anyway!) First of all I'd banish stupid people (so much for overpopulation...voila!)....ergo, there'd be many more natural resources, as well as oil, gas, electricity, etc! Next...death penalty cases...oh..I guess if I banished all stupid people, there would really be no need for it, would there? But, just for the sake of the argument (which is the whole point, right?), if a person is found guilty of something like murder, etc., they should be killed within a week or two, not frigging 20 years, after all their appeals run out! Scott Peterson is going to be sitting on death row, living, working out, eating, etc, for the next 20 years AT THE TAXPAYERS EXPENSE!!! I would have been much happier if he would've gotten life in prison without parole. Then he would have had to live in the general prison population, instead of his own private little cell, and I bet he would've died a lot sooner!
Also, with the whole Terri Schiavo case...it's so wrong for her to have to starve to death! They don't treat criminals like that! And why won't her husband sign off on her care to her parents? Somebody has already offered to pay him if he just walks away, and he still won't?

Meh. I don't know about the man and His wife thing. I don't have much to say about it, but as far as the death row thing goes. They should be taken out back and shot. No prison time. No more wasted tax dollars ect.
